We recently had a wonderful visit to School for the Deaf, Ikoro Ekiti, where students and teachers warmly welcomed the team. The excitement was evident as the school received copies of our new storybooks for their library. These are stories designed to promote inclusion, representation, and joyful learning.
During our time there, we held an interactive reading and discussion session with the students. Rather than simply reading to them, we encouraged questions, reflections, and shared conversations around the themes in the stories. The engagement was inspiring, and the students’ thoughtful responses reminded us why this work matters.
We are deeply thankful to the school community for their warm reception and support, and we look forward to continuing this meaningful partnership.
